Section 2 - Access data and hosting
You can visit Bricks-Stock without providing any personal information. Every time a website is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the retrieval. This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offering. Section 3 - Data processing user account, newsletter and to contact us
Section 3.1 - UserR account
If you have given your consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a of the GDPR and you have decided to open a user account on Bricks-Stock, we will use your data for the purpose of opening your user account and storing your data for more future activities on Bricks-Stock.Deleting your user account at Bricks-Stock is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described in this data protection declaration or using a function provided for this purpose in the user account (log in required). After deleting your user account, your data will be deleted unless it needs to be retained for a certain period of time for legal or tax reasons.
Bricks-Stock collects your personal data, which you voluntarily provide to us when opening a user account. Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we absolutely need the data to open the user account and without this information it is not possible to open the user account.
Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. Bricks-Stock uses the data you provide to create your user account and, if necessary, to invoice paid modules.
Section 3.2 - Newsletter
For the free newsletter from Bricks-Stock, Bricks-Stock collects your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b GDPR, which you provide to us voluntarily. Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we absolutely need the data to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in the newsletter or via the Bricks-Stock website. In this case, your personal data for the newsletter will be deleted.You do not need a Bricks-Stock user account to subscribe to the newsletter.
Section 3.3 - Contact
As part of the communication with you, we collect your personal data in order to process your inquiries in accordance with Art communicate. Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we absolutely need the data to process your contact. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. Once your request has been fully processed, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a GDPR (e.g. user account, newsletter).Section 4 - Data processing for payment processing

For payment processing, Bricks-Stock works with the payment service providers Paypal and Stripe as well as a credit institution.Depending on the payment method selected, Bricks-Stock passes on the data necessary to process the payment transaction to the payment service providers who are involved in payment processing or to the person responsible, insofar as this is necessary to process the payment. This serves to fulfill the contract in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b GDPR.
In some cases, the payment service providers collect the data required to process the payment themselves, e.g. on their own website or via a technical integration in the payment process. The data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies. Section 4.2 - Data processing for the purpose of preventing fraud and optimizing our payment processes

- in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by Bricks-Stock, unless further processing is required to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information; to fulfill a legal obligation; is necessary for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims
- in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data; the processing is unlawful but you object to its deletion; Bricks-Stock no longer needs the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR
- in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to Bricks-Stock in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another person responsible
- in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our company headquarters.
Section 5.2 - Right to object
To the extent that Bricks-Stock processes personal data as explained above to protect its legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a balancing of interests, you can object to this processing with effect for the future. If the processing takes place for direct marketing purposes (e.g. newsletter), you can exercise this right at any time as described above. If processing is carried out for other purposes, you only have the right to object if there are reasons arising from your particular situation. After exercising your right to object, Bricks-Stock will no longer process your personal data for these purposes unless Bricks-Stock can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing is based on the assertion, Exercising or defending legal claims. This does not apply if processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes (e.g. newsletter).
